Why Should I Get A Wesstbury Account?

You may access your account information and order history by creating a Wesstbury Account, which is easy to do. You can modify your stored addresses for quicker checkout in the "My Account" section!

How Do I Create A Wesstbury Account?

That's simple!

  1. Click the "My Account" link.
  2. Click the link to "Create an Account."
  3. Complete the necessary fields then select "Create Account."

Then, you can log into your account at any time to view your account details, order history, and much more under the My Account section.

*Please note! An account is not immediately create after placing an order.

I Am Having Trouble Signing Into My Account.

If you got a message that says "Invalid login credentials," it implies that our system did not recognize your email address or password. Not to worry! We can help you to fix this!

-Double check that you are utilizing the same email address and password that you used to sign up.

-Click the “forgotten password” link if you cannot remember your password. Your email address will be required, and we will reply with a link that will allow you to create a new password.

-Please be aware that we are unable to modify the email address associated with your account; thus, if you need to change your email address for any reason, you must first register a new account.

- If you want to change the email address of your order, contact our Customer Service team by filling out a form with the updated email address to have the changes done for you. Your order confirmation and/or shipment confirmation emails can be resent to the new address.

I Am Not Getting Any Email From Wesstbury.

We are sorry to hear that! To make sure you are getting all of our emails, look over these suggestions.

-Your email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), may be classifying our emails as spam or junk mail.

-Verify that you entered the right email address when you registered with us. This information can be verified twice for you by our team!

-Did you check the box next to "Subscribe to our newsletter" during the checkout process? If not, perhaps this explains why!

 

How Can I Unsubscribe From Your Emails And Newsletters?

By scrolling down into previous email we have given you and selecting unsubscribe, you can stop receiving our promotional emails. You will be taken from our email list after doing this!

If you subsequently decide otherwise, you may still sign up for our emails by visiting our website or getting in touch with our Customer Service Team!

 

How Do I Delete My Account With Mandaleena?

Please note that deleting your account means:

  • You will not be able to log into your account on the Mandaleena Website.
  • All order history from the Mandaleena Website (if you've shopped with us previously) will be deleted.

Please take note that deleting your account may not necessarily result in the deletion of all information we hold about you. Although you have asked us to delete your personal information, we may still need to maintain it for the following reasons.

  • We need to comply with our legal obligations, such as information relating to your purchases must be kept to be able to comply with our statutory audit requirements and for tax purposes, and we will need to keep some of your information; or

If you still want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service team to delete it for you. The processing of your request could take up to 30 days, however once it has been deleted, you might immediately lose access to your account.

In order to protect your personal information, we need to be sure that we are speaking to the right person. The only person who can request that your personal information be deleted is you (or, if you are unable to, someone acting on your behalf).

Then, as soon as practicable, our team will fulfill your request, and we will let you know as soon as it has! While we will work to fulfill your request as soon as we can, this may take up to 30 calendar days to be processed.
